At FIORENTA, we are committed to delivering excellence in built-in kitchen appliances, combining innovation, elegance, and reliability. This warranty policy is designed to ensure peace of mind and provide support in the unlikely event that a FIORENTA product does not perform to expected standards.
This warranty applies to all FIORENTA branded built-in appliances, including but not limited to:
- Hobs (Gas and Electric)
- Built-in Ovens
- Built-in Microwaves
- Cooker Hoods
- Built-in Refrigerators
- Built-in Dishwashers
1. Warranty Period and Coverage
Total Warranty Duration: 2 Years
Year 1 – Replacement Warranty
- Full replacement for manufacturing defects within the first 12 months.
- Includes delivery, collection, and basic re-installation (if originally installed by an authorized technician).
Year 2 – Repair Warranty
- Free repair for manufacturing faults between months 13–24.
- Includes labor and parts by a certified technician.
2. What the Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
- Failure of internal components due to manufacturing defects.
- Functional faults affecting proper operation.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Installation & Usage
- Improper installation or use not in line with the user manual.
- Installation by non-authorized parties.
Misuse & External Factors
- Accidental damage, abuse, or neglect.
- Power surges, unstable electricity, or environmental hazards.
Non-Covered Parts
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.).
- Consumables and accessories (filters, bulbs, trays).
Service Restrictions
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized technicians.
- Products used in commercial environments.
4. Conditions for Warranty Validity
- Purchase must be from an authorized FIORENTA dealer.
- Proof of purchase is required (invoice/receipt).
- Appliance must remain in its country of original purchase.
- Warranty claims must be submitted within the valid period.
